Extended Stay America Select Suites- Dallas - Farmers Branch

This is a great location. Staff is friendly and very hospitable. They are quick to help you with whatever you need. Morning staff as well as night staff and GM are amazing, they do a great job at communicating with you. I recommend both long term and overnight stay!

I’m glad to have chosen this location. Their doors work, their rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff has been nice. I would recommend choosing the Select Suites, especially if planning on staying more than a few nights. The size of the rooms and the kitchen area is beyond wonderful to have. This property is in a great spot and not far from major highways. Everything you would need in walking distance and not a far drive to the rest.

The hotel covers the basics—nothing fancy, but it does the job. What really made our stay better was Tina. She’s calm, consistent, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt easy and professional. In a place designed for long stays, it’s a real comfort to have someone who shows up with that kind of care every day.

Sometimes when you are going through a hard time in life, it’s the little things that have the biggest impact. Jennifer, the manager, is absolutely amazing. For my entire stay at this hotel, Jennifer was absolutely exceptional in providing outstanding service. I was always treated with so much respect and dignity. I arrived back in April feeling defeated, hurt, and all alone. I left in September feeling hopeful, happy, and with a new hotel family. Exceptional staff, exceptional service.

Great service at the front desk, room was clean, great value for what I paid, way better than what you would've gotten in the city for the same price. You can do everything online, but also at the front desk if you don't like dealing with websites. No annoying room service, they only come if you request for it. No one bothers you, and leaves you alone. 100% recommend if you need to stay for any work nearby, or have a vehicle and don't mind driving 10 mins to the city

My boyfriend and I needed to book a hotel for a 3-day event in Dallas last June and we had a great experience with this hotel. No issues with our room on the second floor; no bugs, all appliances ran properly, and room was clean except for a few empty drink bottles under the bed leftover from previous guests. James was friendly and very positive (despite our late check-in) and made us feel welcome, so if you see this, thank you James! Hotel is in good area with a few food places nearby, tucked away in a nice little "neighborhood" of other hotels and is only a 5 min drive to the Galleria Mall. We were also pleased to have access to a luggage cart since we had much to bring up to the room. No issues with other guests or rooms, it was nice and quiet. Would recommend if you need an Extended Stay!

I stayed here for temporary housing almost two months and I didn’t have too many issues, when I did they were very quick to help. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Tina is such a genuine person and made me feel very welcomed. The room is pretty spacious and clean and the hotel always smells nice. This is a great place for long stays. Thank y’all for a great stay!

My situation has brought me here until we can find a place to rent. Its been a struggle to find any place that will accept us and our unfortunate rental history/background. Just glad to have a roof over my head.
